Trevor Marshall has presented, produced and managed radio stations in London, Birmingham, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

As Programme Director, Trevor steered Horizon Radio (now Heart FM) in Milton Keynes to win the Radio station of the year in both 2002 and 2003. Trevor won a New York Radio Festival Comedy Award in 2009 and was nominated in the ARQIVA Commercial Radio Awards as presenter of the year in 2010 and was named the ARQIVA Commercial Radio Presenter of the Year in 2011 and 2012.

In 2010 Trevor along with the rest of the team at JACK became the first commercial radio station to broadcast a breakfast show for an entire week, from Camp Bastion in Afghanistan. It was a series of programmes that saw them relay the stories of over 100 service men and women.
